    Job Context

    Unilliance Group is a vertically Integrated Home Textile & Apparel Fabric Manufacturing Company where we produce and export home fashion solutions to our customers worldwide. Our manufacturing and operating facilities are in Sreepur, Gazipur, which is just outskirts of Dhaka. We are looking for well skilled, experienced textile engineer who did his major in Wet Processing for the Post of Head of the Processing.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for fabrics wet processing operation, production and quality control of the factory. Maintain buyer / customer parameter in every step of wet process like bleaching, boiling, kiering, washing, mercerisation, optical brightening, sizing, desizing, dyeing, printing finishing.
    • Check all the wet process and preparation phases necessary and make processing plan to finish the order on time by utilizing optimum efficiency of man, machine and material.
    • Monitor wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the wet process section.
    • Increase productivity and reduce labor costs through updating the information i.e. problem faced daily and giving target to the workers with the help of in-charge and supervisor.
    • Apply the wet procedures and standards stated in the Wet process agreement.
    • Plan to reduce wastage at Wet process stage.
    • Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.
    • Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and career development plans.
    • Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
    • Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time.
    • Should be expert on special finishing process & all type of fabric dyeing process.
    • Analytical skills on dyeing, finishing & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.

Engineer (Electrical & Electronics) for the Post of Chief Engineer.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design and develop production layouts for the company’s to increase productivity and quality standards.
    • Leading, managing and organizing all Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical utilities of the Mills such as Gas Generator (CAT), Boiler, Air Compressor, ETP.
    • Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
    • Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
    • Give daily production target and follow up the achievement
    • Find out the bottleneck process and solve.
    • Check daily non productive time (NPT) and reduce machine breakdown time.
    • Improve the efficiency of each production process.
    • Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
    • Identify root causes and corrective action of technical production problems and develop re-work instructions as needed.
    • Ensure 70-80 % efficiency.
    • Monitor every day input and out put.
    • Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
    • Prepare daily man/machine report.

    Job Responsibilities

    • The candidate should have sound knowledge on Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management, Labor Laws, Management of Payroll /benefits/ facilities as supported by the prevailing Law of the country, Analysis of Man Machine Ratio, Analysis of Employee Efficiency related to Productivity, Analysis of Man Power Turnover with remedy, Preparation of Employee Job Description & KPI, Analysis of various Motivational & Entire Floor Management etc.
